Docker image with red5pro installed

I need a Dockerfile based on ubuntu:21.04 that installs red5pro version>= 9.3.0 and provides the possibility of setting the red5pro license via env var.
Once running, the image must expose relavant ports for rtmp and webrtc connections and a working red5pro installation.
