Docker environment with SMTP (postfix), IMAP (dovecot), LDAP, WORDPRESS, NEXTCLOUD to be setup

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me setup a Docker environment with SMTP (postfix), IMAP (dovecot), LDAP, WORDPRESS, and NEXTCLOUD.

Operating System:
- I prefer Ubuntu for the Docker environment.

Container Setup:
- The components should be set up on multiple Docker containers.

- Setup should include multiple letsencrypt (certbot) SSL certificates that are automatically extended when overdue
- Setup should include DKIM, DMARC & SPF
- Setup should include backup strategy
- Setup should include an update strategy
- Setup should separate Postfix, Dovecot, LDAP, Nextlcoud (inkl mariadb and other services required, e.g. redis), and Wordpress
- Leveraging existing docker images as good as possible, e.g.docker-mailserver or nextcloud hub, ...
- Provide solution as Docker-compose file(s) and backup/update strategy as shell/bash scripts
- Provide a way to create new users on nextcloud, mail, wordpress (e.g. shell script)

Customizations:
- I require specific configurations and customizations for the components. Please let me know your experience with customizing these components.
- All services should be configurable and mountable via volumes
- The preconfiguration should allow an interplay of nextcloud and WP with the ldap and mail server

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and experience with Docker containerization
- Proficiency in Ubuntu
- Strong understanding of SMTP (postfix), IMAP (dovecot), LDAP, WORDPRESS, and NEXTCLOUD
- Ability to customize configurations as required.
