Deploy Netflow Monitor System on Ubuntu

I'm looking for an experienced professional to deploy a Netflow Monitor System for my ISP on a Linux platform. The specific Linux distribution is Ubuntu. The main focus of this system will be monitoring network traffic per ASN.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure the Netflow Monitor System on Ubuntu.
- Ensure the system is capable of monitoring network traffic effectively.
- Monitor per Autonomous System Number traffic and speed, all the way up to the top 100 asn most used and discard the rest of the information.
- Could install AS-Stats or similar as engine (https://github.com/manuelkasper/AS-Stats)
- Could install Grafana or similar for GUI
- We should have a small conversation to define best cli/gui engines.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Linux, particularly Ubuntu.
- Proven track record of deploying Netflow Monitor Systems.
- Strong understanding of network traffic monitoring.

We're going to deliver a fleshly installed version of Ubuntu and SSH credentials for it.
Also we have the endpoint currently ready to send Netflow/IPIX to the new system.

Payment would be a small upfront, no more than 15% and the rest will be released when you finish the task.
