###Constraints and hard requirements
C1: Client (task owner) owns all rights, now and in the future, for all code and documents developed and part of this work assignment. Developer cannot re-use, reference, mark, or publish the project’s code or documents. C2: There will be provided a client based work environment, this is the target environment. The environment will be RESET at deliver, provided documentation must enable client to rebuild, if not possible for client to rebuild based on provided documentation, it can result in no payment to developer.
C3: Developer can NOT, without written consent, add additional software or settings to the provided design.
C4: Developer cannot expect unlimited access to the work environment.
C5: All code, systems and configurations, must be tested from Developers’ side before submitting to client.
C6: All provided writing must be in English, in a text file (clean for local special characters). Delivery guides expected can be provided by text and/or video support.
C7: Timeline(deadlines) and payment conditions apply as described: a developer failing to meet deadline for deliveries can result in cancellation of contract and no additional pay.
C8: Paid will link with successful Client verification of the deliveries.
C9: Verification of deliveries will be valued by:
- the correspondence with the task description provided,
- the fluency, logic, and presence of the workflow
- the clarity and adequacy of the writing descriptions and guides.
C10: Client holds the right to request Developer to fix errors found at verification of a submitted delivery. Developer can have the option to resubmit the milestone again (if Client chooses to give this option), and verification from the Client side can start over (reset of times unless anything else has been agreed).
C11: Client holds the right to end the collaboration after, OR within any milestone, with no need to pay not done tasks.
C12: Information shared between parties are confidential between parties.
C13: Client environment can NOT be user for anything else but present development task, ANY what so ever other action, can result instant cancellation of task, project, and NO developer pay.
C14: All scripts shall be bash and with variables in seperate txt file.
C15: scripts shall be well documented, expect beginner to read and validate them
C16: Client verification is not a test, assume beginner to use the delivery, if verification fails it is developers problem.
C17: Client got 5days to complete verification, timer starting after scheduled developer milestone deadline.
C18: DEVeloper sign NDA and Intellectual Property Rights prior start working handing over ALL right to works.

Task 2: Create LAMP WP Moodle TEMPLATE
- use ubuntu template (provided)
- host name in template guest set to U24-TEMPLATE-MDL-XX
- php 8.3
- mariadb
- servername
(uid and password shalle be provided)
- install wordpress in apache2 /w (most recent)
(admin and pw will be provided)
- add moodle in apache2 /m (version xx.xx)
(admin and pw will be provided)
- datastore for moodle on NFS
- (README-CFG.txt) documentation for settings
Task 3: Create Wordpress & Moodle server

- update what ever else is needed

###Timeframe and deadline and payment
There is 1 milestone.
Deadline for milestone 1 is day 0 +4days
Pr. milestone (conditional) = $100
$10 = pay at submission
$90 = pay after successful Client-verification.
Milestone 1:
At delivery submission on time (all tasks including documentation) and accepted by Client, will release $10 at submission. Submission is accepted if, and ONLY if:
documentation and functionality correspond to each other and task description.
Client-Verification:
After Client-verification, if, and ONLY if, verification result is as expected (in accordance with task description and expected delivery), will release $90 pr milestone delivered and verified ($100 in total)
###Follow-up questions
Developer must respond to these in response to task.
1. Have you read the job description?
2. Do you accept that in case verification fails (Client-verification), there will be no additional pay?
3. Client holds the right to exclusivity decide if a milestone delivery is acceptable AND can decide to terminate the contract at no further notice or pay (deliveries must be tested from dev side, and correspond to task description).
4. Can you do ansible: cisco, esxi and ubuntu24
5. You will sign NDA and Intellectual Property Rights prior start working handing over ALL right to works.
