Create OLD Daedalus app environment(v0.10.0) on Ubuntu 18.04 (Cardano network )

Background and prerequisites of the project:
The ADA received at the presale could not be transferred, and there was no response from the official support.
When sending money, an error occurs as shown in attachment1.
There is no seed word.
Objectives of the project:
Big Objective: To eliminate remittance errors and transfer funds to other wallets.
Medium Objective: To import funds in other wallets.
Small objective: to build on the old environment (Daedalus v0.10.0) and test some features.
Project scope:
To build an old environment (Daedalus v0.10.0) and test some features.
Project Steps:
Step1: Build an old environment on Ubuntu 18.04 and check if it is possible to create and send money to a new wallet on the test net.
Step2: We will send you a video explaining how to set up the old environment.
Step3: Test some functions of ada api
Points to be noted:
When building the old environment (Daedalus v0.10.0), "cardano-node", "cardano-cli", and "cardano-wallet", which were developed at the same time as Daedalus v0.10.0, are considered necessary.
We would like to use the old v0 version of "cardano-wallet".
Deliverables:
- Procedures and videos for environment development from zero on Ubuntu 18.04
- Video of the test run of Daedalus v0.10.0 to confirm the behavior.
- Video of the test run of Daedalus v0.10.0 to confirm ada api behavior.
Timeframe
Until night time on 25th May 2022
