Bioinformatician Needed for xHLA, HLA-LA, Straglr, DeepVariant 1.8 Installation

I'm looking for a skilled bioinformatician to install and configure xHLA, HLA-LA, DeepVariant 1.8 and Straglr software on my Ubuntu 22.04 LTS or later version system. The software needs to be fully functional and tested. You must create a VDI with scalable size and share the VDI file with functional xHLA, HLA-LA, DeepVariant 1.8 and Straglr on google drive, etc.
- Operating System: The installation will take place on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS or later version. Prior experience with this OS plus xHLA, HLA-LA, DeepVariant 1.8 and Straglr is a plus.
- Software: The main task is to install xHLA, HLA-LA, DeepVariant, Straglr.
- Testing: After installation, the software needs to be tested to ensure it is functioning correctly.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in bioinformatics and relevant software installation.
- Extensive experience with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and later versions.
