Change the default hotspot voucher print out layout on new UCK Gen2

We have been running Unifi Voucher Based WiFi Hotspot Service for many years, lastly being controlled on a Windows PC running Unifi V5. Through the years (as Unifi evolved) we were always able to make small changes to the layout of the vouchers we were printing on a A4 Laser Printer, namely 4 vouchers printed landscape, per sheet of A4. These changes were made in the Unifi directory in windows. Recently our Unifi PC had a ransomware attack, so we have put it out of commission in favour of a UCK Gen 2 Plus (no non plus versions in stock). Everything installed nicely until we went to print our first set of vouchers.
Let me explain how the vouchers are used. We print four vouchers to a sheet of A4, we cut them up which then end up being the right height (and width when folded in half) to fit in a standard mini envelope white envelope, which we security seal with a label, with the price and duration on. By folding them in half, it means you cannot see the secret number through the outside of the envelope. We went to print our first batch of hotspot labels, and the standard label layout is a joke, the size of a postage stamp. Ubiquiti have you gone mad????. they also included Down/Up speed which we don't advertise. My network engineer phoned Ubiquiti about our problem and he was told categorically there was, and is no future chance of an option to be able to customise the vouchers anytime soon. I have attached a picture of the silly little vouchers that the UCK Gen II produces and one of the vouchers we used to print before changing to UCK Gen II. Before I send this UCK back to the supplier I thought I might ask on here (paying job of course within reason) if someone can or already has worked out which files in the UCK Gen II Plus operating system, need to be changed, and some pointers on what we need to do. 98% of our Unifi business is done by selling vouchers through a chain of local shops, so even though credit card service is set-up on our Unifi WiFi service, customers just don't like it..
