URGENT 24-HOUR DESIGN PROJECT — White Paper (Adobe InDesign)
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with strong Adobe InDesign expertise to refine and finalize a 34-page White Paper within the next 24 hours.
Project Overview
We have an existing working file (Adobe InDesign format) and the full text/images for a 34-page white paper. Around 8 pages are currently missing, which will need to be formatted consistently with the rest of the document.
The project includes applying client feedback, cleaning up the design, and preparing three final PDFs.
Deliverables (3 PDFs total)
1. Updated version of the current white paper
• Implement client feedback (see below).
• Ensure consistent layout, typography, and alignment.
2. Two alternative design versions
• Based on Envato Market templates (we will provide the templates and assets).
• Follow the same structure and content but adapt the design according to the provided layouts.
Client Feedback to Apply
• Cover Page: Should not feature “Nikel.” Focus on community, innovation, and warmth — clean and concept-driven.
• Team Page: Improve readability and layout — names and roles should be clear and well-aligned.
• Frames and Layout: Remove any images with Nikel branding. Maintain consistent direction/alignment for a professional look.
• Visual Focus: Emphasize vision, fractional wealth, and community, not Nikel imagery.
• Roadmap Updates:
• 2025 Q4: Change “Listing” → “Creation”
• 2026 Q1: Add “Research & development of Shoe and Tyre prototype + community building”
• 2026 Q2: Change to “Prototype testing and development partnership”
• 2026 Q3: Add “Marketing activities begin + partnership/commercialization contracts”
What We’ll Provide
• InDesign working files (.INDD + assets)
• Client feedback summary
• Two Envato templates for redesign versions
• Fonts, logos, and brand references
Requirements
• Advanced Adobe InDesign skills (must be able to handle layout-heavy documents)
• Strong understanding of white paper / corporate design
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
• Must deliver within 24 hours (UAE time)
• Fluent in English communication for quick updates
Deliverables Format
• 3 x finalized print-ready PDFs
• 3 x corresponding editable InDesign source files (.INDD)
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)
• Experience with corporate or crypto/finance brands
• Eye for modern, minimalist layout design
• Fast response time (we’ll communicate via Upwork or WhatsApp for speed)
