Vintage Hatz Off BBQ Merch

I’m putting together a fresh run of shirts, hoodies and hats for my business, Hatz Off BBQ, and I want every piece to feel like it was pulled straight from a classic roadside smoke-shack. The overall look should be unmistakably vintage—think slightly weathered type, retro color palettes and that lived-in charm that makes new gear feel timeless.

Rather than our logo, I’d like each design to spotlight the brand slogan. You can decide how prominently it shows up on each garment, but the wording itself needs to stay intact so the message is immediately recognizable.

Please show examples of past work that prove you can nail this throwback aesthetic, especially any apparel projects you’ve handled before. If your portfolio already includes distressed typography, classic BBQ or Americana themes, even better.

• How many unique graphics you recommend for shirts, hoodies and hats (I’m open to separate looks or a cohesive set).
• Your process for preparing print-ready files—vector artwork is preferred so my screen-printer can scale it without loss.
• Estimated turnaround time for first drafts and final, production-ready assets.
