Staged Premium Logo Design

I’m looking for a logo designer who is happy to work in clear, bite-sized stages so every decision feels considered and premium rather than generic.

Brand tone & direction
• Must instantly read as established, trustworthy, and premium—yet still bold and distinctive.
• Typography needs to be bold and condensed.
• Colour palette should live in a refined turquoise / aqua range, paired with a warm copper accent that hints at a Southwestern feel without going neon.

Reference icon
I already have a house + check-mark symbol I like; it only needs refinement, not a full redesign. Please preserve its overall shape and character while polishing proportion, balance, and line quality.

Structured approval workflow
I want to sign off on each step before you move forward:

1. Typography exploration and final colour palette (no icon yet).
2. Refine the existing house + check-mark icon.
3. Assemble four balanced logo layouts that combine type and icon.
4. Produce all approved colour variations and export files (vector, PNG, JPG, and any other common formats you recommend).

Throughout the process, keep mock-ups organised, label your rounds clearly, and be responsive to concise feedback so we can move smoothly from one milestone to the next.
