Sleek Marine Quatrefoil Logo

I'm looking for a modern and sleek company logo in the form of a Marine Uniform Quatrefoil.

Requirements:
- Four beads integrated into the design, each a different color:
- Black on the inside
- Blue next
- Yellow
- Green on the outside
- Glossy/shiny finish
- Stencil font, starting in black and transitioning to light green (greening up oil!)
