Retro 50’s Logo Design

I need a single, eye-catching logo in an authentic 1950’s style for my electrical business. The first application will be embroidered and screen-printed on work shirts, so the design must stay crisp when resized and sit comfortably on fabric.

What I have in mind
• A bold retro font that immediately signals the era
• A muted, vintage-inspired colour palette that will read well on both light and dark shirt colours

No other imagery is essential right now—I’d rather see the typography and colour do the talking—but I’m open to subtle graphic touches if they enhance the period look. The shirt is Navy, so ideally a white background type logo

Future uses
If this hits the mark I’ll come back for additional versions for van signage, cards, and other collateral, so please build the file with expansion in mind.

Deliverables
• Editable vector artwork (AI or EPS)
• High-resolution PNG with transparent & white background for shirts
• Final colour breakdown (Pantone or CMYK/RGB values)
• A brief note on recommended embroidery/screen-print sizing

Acceptance criteria
The file must scale cleanly from a 90 mm chest print down to a small sleeve badge without losing legibility or colour accuracy.
