I am looking for a highly skilled MS Word expert and graphic designer to manually recreate a 3-page scanned PDF document into an editable Microsoft Word (.docx) file.
Key Requirements:
- Extreme Attention to Detail: The final Word document must be an EXACT 1:1 replica of the scanned PDF. You must perfectly match the exact font types, font sizes, line spacing, margins, and overall layout.
- Hologram/Seal Recreation: The document contains a hologram. You must be highly proficient in graphic design to accurately recreate the visual effect of this hologram and integrate it seamlessly into the Word document.
- Manual Formatting: Standard OCR tools will not work for this level of precision. Manual adjustment is strictly required.
