Old Car Dashboard SVG Design

I need an accurate SVG reproduction of an old car's speedometer and tachymeter. The design will be printed in white on black.

Requirements:
- Copy the design from provided photo
- Two SVG files: one for speedometer, one for tachymeter
- Speedometer range: 0 to 160 km/h
- Tachymeter range: 0 to 60 t/min x100
- Include provided vectorized "Jaeger" logo with "ELECTRONIQUE" underneath
- Use "DIN condensed" font or similar
- Overall diameter: 95mm
- 600 DPI resolution
