I need professional interior formatting for a nonfiction business/HR leadership book titled “Decisions That Hold Up.” The manuscript is currently in PDF, so please treat the PDF as the source file and first convert it into a clean, editable document.
Scope of Work
Convert PDF to editable Word (.docx) and clean formatting issues (spacing, headings, paragraph breaks, consistency)
Create a clean, minimal, executive-style layout similar to Harvard Business Review / professional business books
Format front matter + back matter (title page, copyright, TOC, etc.)
Format chapters with consistent Heading styles (H1/H2/H3), section breaks, and professional paragraph styling
Include neat styling for case examples, callouts (text-only), and section breaks
Final proofreading pass for layout consistency (widows/orphans, page breaks, typography consistency)
