Minimalist Cafe Logo Design

I’m ready to refresh the visual identity of my established café and want a clean, minimalist logo that feels current without losing the warmth of our community-focused space.
We are not like a francise brand that people sees a mermaid and knows it's starbucks. Our cafe is only 1 year long so I would prefer to have a typography type of logo or logo designed combine with name of cafe so that when customer sees the logo could also tells the name of it.
