International Phonetic Alphabet Typography for General American English

I’m writing a book entirely in phonetic alphabet (specifically in the International Phonetic Alphabet). I need a custom typography to display Capital letters of these symbols, not all of them only the ones in General American English. The image included is the full alphabet, but I only need specific symbols which I would specificy.
