Clean Retyping & Layout Refresh

I have an existing document that needs to be completely re-typed and given a fresh, modern look. Accuracy comes first—I need every word transferred without errors—yet the finished piece must read and feel current, with a clean typographic hierarchy, generous white space, and intuitive headings that suit an informative, educational publication.

Once the text is faithfully re-entered, I’d like you to redesign the pages so the flow is natural on screen and in print. Think contemporary sans-serif fonts, clear sub-heads, numbered lists where they genuinely aid comprehension, and consistent margins that make long sections easy on the eyes. Colour can be subtle; clarity is the priority.

Please deliver:

• A press-ready PDF that mirrors the source exactly
