Classic Anchor Logo for Non-Profit

My wife and I recently formed Still Sebastian Inc., a small 501(c)(3) non-profit that walks beside families facing the heartbreak of stillbirth or early infant loss. We are currently focused on the Central New York region in the US. Our emblem has to communicate anchored hope, so the design must center on a classic-style anchor rendered in gentle, soft pastel tones (some flexibility). The anchor should feel steady yet uplifting; incorporating wings and potentially some waves to reinforce the idea of the anchor being held aloft rather than sinking, feel free to explore that, but the anchor itself needs to remain the unmistakable focal point.

I’d like timeless, readable typography that pairs naturally with the symbol and reproduces cleanly on letterhead, social media profiles, event banners and keepsake items. Soft gradients are fine, but please stay within a calm pastel palette that speaks to comfort and reassurance. I attached a flyer for one of the events we throw every year as a reference point.
