Calligraphy Font Creation Specialist Needed

I am calligrapher and type designer specifically look for a production person who has a typographic experience with creating ACCURATE VECTORS made from my high resolution scans of my calligraphy, then after my approvals, will export the files to create the Glyphs and standard KERNING PAIRS then Generation the FONT using a high quality program such as FontLab. This person will assist me in producing my calligraphic font. I am designing the calligraphy and will need assistance in creating the vector art as the first step and then import the approved vectors into Fontlab. I will need the following: English language only: (24 )uppercase. (24) lowercase, Basic Punctuation: (10 )glyphs, (10 )numeral glyphs and approx (10) special flourishes on certain letters as al alternative glyphs. Additionally, I will need approx 10 words, such as: and, or, love, Sarah, the, etc. So approximately 78 glyphs plus the 10 words that will also need to be part of the font as alternate keys on the keyboard. This will be a great team effort. I only want to work with someone who is experienced in font creation, no amateurs or first time project people. I look forward to hearing back from someone. I need an estimate broken down in Phases with cost / time frame per phase and also to produce once you receive my high resolution scans of my calligraphy.
