Typo3 Server Fix, Ubuntu 24

I have a fresh Typo3 instance running on Ubuntu 24 LTS that refuses to serve any content. Pages load, but the body remains blank, so none of the expected text or images reaches the frontend. I am convinced the root cause sits in the server-side configuration rather than in the Typo3 templates themselves.
Here is the current stack:
• Ubuntu 24 LTS on Proxmox / SSH
• Apache with PHP-FPM (PHP 8.2)
• MariaDB back-end
• Typo3 12.4 LTS installed via composer
What I need from you is straight-forward: dive in over SSH, track down the configuration issue, and get the site displaying content again. Typical culprits I have in mind are .htaccess rules, vhost directives, TYPO3_CONF_VARS, or caching mis-configurations—but I am open to whatever you discover.
Deliverable
– A working frontend that shows all stored content normally
– A short summary of the changes you made (commands, files edited, reasons) so I can reproduce the fix on staging
