answering my Facebook messages and setting appointments

Hello! I am looking for someone to help me manage my customer inquiries on Facebook and make appointments directly on my calendar.
The purpose of the Facebook messages will be customer inquiries. I expect the freelancer to check and respond to messages multiple times a day in order to provide timely responses and updates.
The expected process for setting appointments is that they be made directly on my calendar. This ensures the project will stay manageable for both of us and our customers will get prompt confirmations.
Someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn our customer service protocol will be a great fit for this job.
Also someone that can run Facebook ads.
