Retype a 30 page Paper

I would like someone to type up a paper that is in PDF format, and was originally typed using a typewriter. There are some handwritten edits - but not too many. I tried using character recognition on Adobe - but it was too messy. It is 30 pages of typed words (see attached). You do not need to type the references.
