Real-Time Phone Call Transcription

I run frequent phone meetings that rarely exceed 30 minutes, and I need every spoken word captured exactly as it is said—ums, stutters, false starts, everything. While the call is happening you will listen in live, transcribing verbatim and sharing the text with me in real time (Google Docs or a similar collaborative space works best). If a word-for-word feed isn’t technically possible on your side, I still expect the full transcript in my inbox within five minutes of the call ending.

Accuracy and confidentiality are paramount. You should already be comfortable handling live audio, typing at least 80 wpm, and formatting dialogue clearly so it’s easy for me to scan while I’m still on the phone. Reliable phone-line recording or a direct dial-in setup is a plus; let me know how you normally connect and whether you can provide a back-up method in case of technical hiccups.

Deliverables
• Live, verbatim transcript of each phone call
• Time-stamped final copy (plain text or Word) delivered immediately after the call
• Confirmation that all recordings and notes are deleted once I acknowledge receipt
