I have a collection of printed documents that have been scanned and stored online. You will receive a set of secure links where each scan can be viewed or downloaded. Your task is to key-in the visible text exactly as it appears—spelling, punctuation, and line breaks matter—into an editable file (Word or Google Docs is fine).
Accuracy is critical because the text will feed directly into our internal knowledge base, so I’ll be spot-checking for typos and formatting consistency. Please keep any page headers or footers in place and flag anything that is illegible.
Deliverables
• One clean, fully typed document for every scan provided
• 99 % or better transcription accuracy, confirmed by random checks
• All files returned in the same order and naming convention supplied
