I need mixed data—both text and numbers—carefully transcribed from a stack of printed documents into a single, neatly formatted Word file. The job is straightforward: read each page, key in every value exactly as shown, and maintain the original order so I can trace each entry back to its source if questions arise later.
Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed. Any unclear characters or illegible sections should be flagged in-line with a short comment so I can double-check them. A quick turnaround is appreciated, but only if it doesn’t compromise precision.
Final deliverable: one Word document containing the fully entered data, ready for my internal review and further processing.
