I’m sitting on a stack of scanned PDFs that contain nothing but plain text, and I need every word keyed into an editable file. The PDFs are image-based, so simple copy-paste or OCR won’t give me the accuracy I’m after; this is a manual typing job with careful proofreading.

• A clean, fully editable text document (Word or Google Doc) named to match the original file.
• Spelling, punctuation, and line breaks that mirror the source precisely—no missing words, no extra characters.

Headings and paragraph breaks should be preserved, but exact fonts and styling are not critical. Tell me how many pages you can comfortably deliver in 24 hours and any similar projects you’ve completed. Accuracy and reliability are far more important to me than speed, yet I’d still like a realistic turnaround estimate.
