I have a steady flow of PDF text documents that need to be re-typed accurately into a clean, digital format. Every character must be captured exactly as it appears, including punctuation, line breaks, and any special symbols. Copy-paste won’t work here—this is strictly manual data entry, so excellent typing speed and flawless attention to detail are essential.
Alongside the document transcription, there’s an ongoing captcha-typing component. You’ll receive access to the captcha portal and clear guidelines on timing windows and entry quotas. Consistency matters more than raw volume; I need captchas entered steadily throughout the agreed shift so the queue never backs up.
To keep the workflow smooth, I’ll share each PDF in batches, and you’ll return the completed text files in the same order. I review everything within 24 hours, flag any discrepancies, and release the next batch once the previous one is spot-on.
Deliverables:
• A neatly formatted text file for every assigned PDF, 100 % true to the source.
• Daily captcha log showing the number of entries, time stamps, and error rate (target < 1 %).
