Online Sales Chat Assistant

I run a small-to-mid sized e-commerce operation and need a remote assistant who can keep our WhatsApp inbox humming for four focused hours every day. During that window I expect replies to land within two-to-five minutes so customers always feel heard and helped.

Here’s what you’ll actually do: welcome incoming retail shoppers, answer quick product questions, guide them through checkout when they hesitate, and circle back a few days later to be sure everything arrived in good shape. You’ll log every conversation, tag follow-ups, and flag any issues I need to handle personally. All work is chat-based—no calls—so you should be completely at ease typing fast, clearly, and courteously.

Turnaround on any task or order request that comes up in your shift should never exceed seven days, though most will be same-day items. Reliability and tidy organization matter more to me than big-agency polish; I need someone who simply shows up, keeps the tone friendly and professional, and makes shoppers feel confident about buying.
