I have a collection of paper documents that must be transcribed one-for-one into a digital format. This is strictly manual data entry—no scraping, OCR, or automated tools—so accuracy and careful proofreading are essential. The materials include printed tables and a few handwritten notes; everything needs to be reproduced in the exact column order I will provide in an Excel template.

• A completed .xlsx file with all fields precisely filled
• An accompanying log noting any illegible items or uncertainties
I will sample-check for 100 % accuracy on key fields before marking the task complete, so an eye for detail and consistent formatting is critical.
