Hindi History Book Re-typing
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
The job is straightforward: I have between 1 – 50 PDF-scanned pages of a Hindi history book that must be re-typed character-for-character in clear, error-free Devanagari. Translation is not required; fidelity to the original typography, paragraph breaks, verse numbers, footnotes, and diacritical marks is essential so the new text aligns perfectly with each scan.
You may use any Unicode-compatible Hindi typing tool you prefer—MS Word, Google Docs, InPage, or similar—as long as the final file opens cleanly and retains searchable, editable text. I will cross-check the submission against the PDFs and expect the digital copy to mirror the source without missing or added content.
When you send your detailed project proposal, please outline:
• Your typing workflow and average speed/accuracy for Hindi texts.
• The software/font you plan to use to guarantee proper Unicode output.
• Your timeline to finish up to fifty pages and a brief quality-control method.
Deliverable: one well-formatted .docx (or compatible) file containing the entire re-typed book, ready for further editing or layout. Accuracy will be verified page-by-page before final acceptance.
