I have 500 printed-text records sitting in physical folders, and I need every line transferred into a clean, searchable master PDF. Each record must be typed accurately, laid out consistently, and combined into one consolidated file that I can archive and share.
You will receive high-resolution scans or photos of the pages. Your job is to key the data, apply a uniform format (headings, spacing, page numbers), and return a single, professionally structured PDF ready for immediate use.
Deliverables:
• One master PDF containing all 500 records, fully formatted and text-searchable.
• The editable source file you worked from (Word, InDesign, or similar) so I can make future updates if needed.
