Data Entry & Typing Support

I need a reliable typist who can quickly turn a variety of source materials into clean, editable files. Most of the work revolves around re-creating PDFs in Word, transcribing handwritten notes, and straight copy-typing while keeping the original wording intact. Speed matters—around 50 WPM or better—yet accuracy and consistent formatting are even more important to me.

You’ll receive scanned pages, PDFs, or photos of notes; your job is to deliver neatly formatted Word documents that mirror the originals. When layout details are obvious (headings, bullet points, tables), match them; otherwise keep the text plain so I can style it later.

Deliverables
• A Word file for each item I send, proof-read and free of typing errors.
• File naming that clearly links the final document to its source (e.g., “MeetingNotes_May10.docx”).
