The project aims at a concentrator, email system capable of managing, billing and advancing, for its triggering functions, large messages, sending SMS. The proposal is that the system works as an instant messaging HUB.
The implementation of the HUB depends, in addition to the sending flow, on the business model to be supported, with the main objective being to obtain profit through the resale of sending messages.
the customer must purchase credit balance. A send balance allows messages for specific registered fees. The Administrator then either manages the sale of balances, according to signed contracts, or with an operator, with another company that also resells the triggering service.
The Administrator has overall control of the platform, but customers have the option of creating “campaigns”, groupings of messages according to theme or objective.
