react native 4 android master expert developer required

I am looking for an react native app master expert developer with tons of expertise on detecting interactions with the user.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing mobile apps on android with an expert-level understanding of the Android platform. We need someone who has the capabilities to develop advanced features.
your job will be to implement:
MS1:
- call detection (inbound)
- call number tracing into a local database
- call duration tracing (datetime started, hangup)
MS2:
- access to contacts and to persist the contact also with the call logging
MS3:
- call detection (outbound)
- all data as in MS1

The candidate should have a deep understanding of android activities and fragements, database structure, web services to call as a client other important aspects of Android app development.
Delivery:
- code in our git (on premise)
- working on simulators Android 11, 12, 13
- working on physical Android device
- documentation of how to setup above named simulators
- documentation of how to package apk
- documentation of how to register
- well documented code by best practices of the corresponding language
- react native with typescript
