looking for react developer

my project is long-term project.
i am testing hireed freelancers.
first, the developers who be able to finish within 5 should bid.
creating inbox:
multipile instances view > each instance has its own panel.
each panel will display all incoming messages with the ability to answer.
so at first stage we create panel that can have unlimited instances. with user management.
member management (3 levels: super admin > manager > user)
Note that this is inbox for whatsapp
our company is the biggest travel company in Serbia, so we have many users.
we can give template theme for it.
