RN feature to sync notifications to my server through an api

i need to build a feature that will listen to incoming notifications .upon receiving a WhatsApp business or WhatsApp notification ,you will need to send the payload and numbers along with types and other metadata to my server through api .

it needs to be always be running in background so it doesn't miss any notifications
