Vendure Installation Configuration & Frontend Redesign

I have a vendure installation and i need the following
Backend:
1. set pm2 to start on startup
2. configure redis and caddy
3. ensure images are going to the right dir (I changed from default)
4. configure smtp to use google workspace for transactional emails.

Frontend:
1. install qwik starter storefront and connect it with backend
2. redesign storefront to match my sveltekit design created in bolt.new (has header, footer, homepage with hardcoded data, shop page, product page, combined cart and checkout page, popup cart)
3. ensure orders placed with manual payment/ cash on delivery flows to backend and order confirmation etc emails go out properly
4. no other payment integration needed at this stage
5. setup storefront in pm2
6. set up typesearch or elastisearch for product search

Please do not quote silly amounts and quote higher after learning scope. Except for storefront design, everything else should be straightforward in this brief.
