Update a very small React website to call 4 api endpoints

You need to have previous experience with React and TypeScript to do this project.
The API is open (no authorizationn, no authentication, no bearer token)
You need to call 4 endpoints :
- Register a profile without his phone number
- Attach the phone number to the registered profile to get a validation code
- Validate the profile with the received confirmation code
- Upload a resume to attach it to the created profile
