TypeScript retry

I'm looking for someone to help develop a TypeScript retry system designed to retry previously failed function calls. After a successful retry, the system should then continue with the next function call. I need the retry system to attempt up to 3 tries before it stops trying.
The system should be reliable and efficient, and be able to handle the demands of a highly active application. It also needs to be able to keep track of the number of retries that have been attempted, as well as any errors that may have occurred during the retry process. Modify a little bit in test file.
Any experience with developing TypeScript retry systems for application interaction would be highly valuable. I need a qualified developer who can help develop a system that is both robust and secure.
