Ongoing Projects for Software Developer

We are a UK based software house specialising in software for the care sector.

We are seeking to build a small portfolio of trusted software developers to deliver work on an ad hoc basis.

Projects will typically be for several days up to several months.

• Relevant knowledge/experience in:
o Typescript
o NodeJS
o GraphQL interface
o Nativescript mobile app development using the Angular 8 (or higher) framework
o Proficient in the use of source code management tools – especially GIT via github and/or gitlab
o Amazon AWS including S3, SES, Lambda and EKS
o Use of serverless stacks like Lambda or openfaas
o Setup and administration of a Kubernetes cluster on a public cloud (such as Amazon, Google etc)
o Database server deployment, administration, and SQL language skills
o REST API design and/or usage
o Agile development processes
o Contributions made to open source projects
o Conduct system testing for security and performance
o Document codes and process of work delivered

• Desirable knowledge/experience in:
o NodeJS with Express/KOA framework
o GraphQL interface using Apollo Client/Server
o Creating deployments manually and through helm
o Microsoft SQL server
o IT security best practices
