3. Acceptance Criteria
- The system, when built, must be tested and fully functional.
- The developer must provide 2 months of support for bug fixes after deployment.
The project will be considered complete when:
- All features are implemented as per requirements.
- The system passes functional and security testing.
- The project is deployed on production servers.
- The client provides final approval after reviewing the deliverables.

4. Code & Intellectual Property Rights
- All code, assets, and intellectual property created under this contract will belong to the Client upon contract agreement.
- The developer may not reuse, resell, or distribute any part of the code.

5. Termination Clause
The client reserves the right to terminate the contract if:
- The developer fails to meet deadlines consistently.
- The quality of work does not meet the agreed standards after two rounds of feedback.
- The developer is unresponsive for more than 5 business days without prior notice.
- In case of termination, payments will be made only for completed and accepted milestones.

- The developer agrees not to share, disclose, or reuse any proprietary information.
- All project discussions must remain confidential.
