Mentoring / development assistance in code pairing mode

Hello,

I'm Fabrizio Nastri, founder of FlexUp, an innovative platform aimed at revolutionising the business model of companies to encourage greater collaboration between all players (founders, employees, customers, suppliers, investors, etc.).

As part of the development of the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for our SaaS platform, I am looking for an experienced senior developer to work with me in code pairing mode.

The skills required are as follows
- TypeScript
- NodeJS
- Hexagonal architecture / Clean architecture
- TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Nuxt 3
- Tailwind CSS
- Hono
At least 5 years' experience in similar projects is required.

FlexUp offers an innovative business model that facilitates the creation and development of companies, distinguished by a fair remuneration system and a participative approach, favouring simplicity, collaboration, resilience, profitability and sharing.

As an experienced entrepreneur with limited experience of IT development, my aim is to personally develop the MVP of the application in order to:
- Finalise the definition of the business logic
- Test and validate the use cases with entrepreneurs
- Present a demo for fundraising and recruitment.

The role of the senior developer will be to work with me in code pairing to ensure the quality and progress of the development. The frequency envisaged is about 1 to 3 times a week, for sessions of 2 to 3 hours, over an estimated period of 6 months.

Participating in the FlexUp project means aligning yourself with our business model, which includes partial remuneration in equity. This offers the opportunity to become a partner, sharing the risks and benefits of the project.

I am open to a greater involvement of the senior developer, up to and including a full-time commitment, if the senior developer is willing and able to become more financially involved in the project. The remuneration structure is flexible. For example, if
- if the payment is split 50% in cash and 50% in equity, the commitment will be limited to a few sessions per week.
- if the developer accepts a split of 25% cash and 75% equity, it will be possible to hire him on a full-time basis.
