Frontend developer who is expert in React and Nest.js

We need to build a new website, exactly creator economy site. We want this site be beautiful and user friendly.
Once describe about our plan, site has to contain these functionalities,
First, user login with web3 authentication, after that there are three types of users ; manager, mvp, normal users. Their permissions are different, manger can access all of the pages and manage the site, mvp can create their own page and use it to their purpose - for example they can mint and sell their NFT, open their advertising campaign. And normal users only can access to mvp's page.
It also contains NFT marketing place and chat room. So it maybe takes long term, 2 or 3 month. So we are looking for a developer who has high program skill and communicative english(important).
