Facebook conversion API Developer

Hey we have a tool that sends data to Facebook via the Facebook Conversion API (CAPI)
Here we have some problems:
1: the data are arrived in Ads manager but it’s not assigned to a ad campaign. We don’t know why.
2. we get a error that we don’t send data via the pixel.
3. we get a external ID error and don’t know how to handle that.
If you have any experience with that. Than please contact me. And please contact me only if you do something like that.
