Electron App for Network Monitoring

I'm looking for an Electron app that I can use for network monitoring. The app should be compatible with Windows and have a local proxy that intercepts both HTTP and HTTPS network requests. The proxy should also generate its own certificates. The user of the app need not install the certificates manually in the trusted root directory.
