Custom Power BI Visual Developer

My business is looking for a Power BI Custom Visual Developer. Initially it would be based on ad-hoc work but if it works out we would look to offer the developer an opportunity to join our team as the go-to custom viz developer. We are looking to expand the Power BI services that we offer as a consultancy so would be great to have a custom visual developer as part of the team.

This project is initially to get some proposals to help us with a simple custom visual.

The visual would be a "rounded bar chart". An example is attached.
