Crypto Typescript Trading Bot Development

I'm seeking an experienced developer to code a cryptocurrency trading bot for me written in Typescript.
The bot should be capable of:

- Regularly searching for new coins and monitoring their prices to avoid losses
- Buying and selling coins based on specific conditions
- Utilizing Jupiter DEX or Radyium, or any other suitable big decentralised exchange with low fees

Specific conditions for buying coins include:
- Price crossing above a certain threshold
- Positive news or announcements
- High trading volume increases

Specific conditions for selling coins include:
- Price dropping below a certain level
- Negative news or announcements
- Low trading volume decreases
- Support for Trailing Take Profit (TTP) implementation

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proven experience in developing trading bots
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and familiarity with Jupiter DEX
- Ability to implement complex decision-making algorithms based on diverse conditions
