Convert a Typescript NextJS codebase to ORDINARY NextJS

There is an existing typescript Next.JS code base I want typescript removed from it, and make normal Next.JS. This should be an easy work that should not take more than few hours to do and make sure everything works fine with the website. I will provide the github repo and you can work on it.
