Build me "Continental" game using ReactJS & Firebase

I have a built project, that I'm no longer able to finish. I want a freelancer to reconstruct it better using ReactJS & Firebase.

The project consists of building a website where users can create/join game rooms and play the game "Continental".

No animations required.
I just need the game to be playable.

Absolutely required:
- login/signup view
- recover password view
- main screen
- profile editing view
- game lobby for game room creation and join
- game room
- the game must be playable. ie. players must be able to play the game start to finish n times, as long as they want to keep playing.
- must provide source code
- must be built using ReactJS & Firebase (Firestore, Firebase Functions, Firebase Auth)
- must comply with MVC design and modern coding standards, no spaghetti code
- must be UI/UX friendly
- must be responsive, built for computer, laptop and tablet sized screens
- must provide some sort of documentation

Nice to haves:
- UI is built using Tailwind CSS
- Animations are not required but greatly appreciated (Will pay extra)
